EdgeFrame

The family of products called EdgeFrame included Support Ticketing Helpdesk and Content Management System designed in early 2006.

Helpdesk system targeting large corporates and Czech governmental agencies while Content Management System (CMS) targeted mainly small and mid-size websites with requirement of frequent content changes on demand.

Some of helpdesk clients: Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Regional Development, University of Chemistry and Technology Czech Telecommunication Office aand others.

Some of CMS clients: Volkswagen Group, BMW Invelt, Starobrno Brewery, Heineken Brewery and others.
